This is a flamboyant bracelet.
It was evidently not flamboyant enough for its owner to begin with, though, so a Victorian era brooch, with turquoise that matched the colour and cut of the two cabochons embedded in the corrugated gold bracelet has been added to it. These are pear-shaped turquoise cabochons, with a cluster of round brilliant-cut diamonds set around each one.
The Victorian era brooch that embellishes the bracelet seems to be pinned on, very simply. Six 8mm round cabochon turquoise orbit the high domed oval cabochon turquoise in the centre of the brooch, which is 18K gold topped with platinum, to highlight the beautiful white Old Mine Cut diamonds set around the central stone.
This brooch/bangle combination was offered as Lot 0136 with an estimate of $6000 – $12000, on Live Auctioneers in May 2016, and passed in. Meanwhile, we can enjoy the combination of pale turquoise with gold, platinum and diamonds.
