Diamonds And Rubies Set In An Austrian Art Deco Ring…
Here’s an engagement ring to make your heart leap! An Austrian Art Deco ring in a delicate, beautifully crafted design, presented by Romanov Russia, but made in Vienna with all the graceful movement you might expect from that musical city.
It’s a very early Art Deco piece, c.1915, displaying some of the qualities we associate with Edwardian jewelry. The stylized ruby leaves create curved spaces, densely set with bright white old European-cut diamonds in platinum topped 14K gold.
